* Please use 5V 2A adapter to charge the watch, please do NOT use fast charger, also the watch will be invalid to touch during charging, please understand. When the watch has no power at all, there is normal situation the watch has no react, just please wait for 1~2 minutes for 5V 2A adapter, not recommend to use 5V 1A adapter to charge the watch.
* When you bind the watch to app, if you have used the watch to bind the app already, there needs the first phone which bind the watch to give the authority to second phone, then it can bind successfully. If you forgot or missed the first time bind information, please contact us to reset for you, or input *#174714#* in the watch to restet, but this way needs longer time to reset, please understand, thank you!
